Overview:

Yosemite National Park a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a shrine to human foresight. Giant granite domes formed under volcanic pressure were cut in half creating the famous sheer walled faces of Half Dome and El Capitan. Yosemite Valley’s cliffs are 3500 feet tall, and countless waterfalls cascade of the cliffs into the canyon. Yosemite also is home to the amazing Giant Sequoia trees, remnants of last ice age. Come with us to hike the iconic trails, and experience the remarkable wonders of this stunning national park.

We will customize your trip to fully enjoy and explore this jewel in our National Park system. Choose between guided hiking, wildlife watching, photography. Trips can be customized to fitness level and age of children.

Camping brings us back to nature, the silence, digital detox, a roaring campfire, the dark night skies. Your guide will tailor your trip to your needs and desires. We provide the tents, inflatable mattress and camp kitchen. Just bring your sleeping bag. For a small extra fee, we can book hotel rooms for you if you want to skip the camping.

Itinerary:

Day 1 - Yosemite National Park’s Sequoia Trees
Heading out of the city, we cross the Central Valley. By early afternoon we reach Yosemite National Park. In the afternoon we explore the giant sequoia groves of Tuolumne. At sunset we walk in Yosemite Valley enjoying the stunning sunset colors on the sheer walls of Half Dome and El Capitan. Maybe we see bears and deer emerge from the forest.

Day 2 - Yosemite National Park’s Panorama Trail
Arguably the most beautiful walk in the park. We start at the top of stunning Glacier Point. A cliff hanging trail winds into Little Yosemite Valley past the roaring waterfalls of Vernal and Nevada Falls on the famed John Muir Trail. We end our day at Happy Isles and enjoy a refreshing drink at Curry Village.

Day 3 – Tuolumne Meadows of Yosemite
The High Country of Yosemite is not to be missed. We head out to Tuolumne Meadows. Here we hike and scramble to the top of Lembert Dome offering vast views over the high country of Yosemite. In the afternoon we return to San Francisco.
